This choreography is the result of an exploration of my own creative abilities and movement style. I started by constructing a movement vocabulary (a set of specific movements that I wanted to incorporate into the dance), which I then used to construct phrases of movement. Once I had established these phrases, I found music that seemed to match the theme of the movement, and further manipulated and played with the movement phrases to match some of the changes in the music.
